You must be on time with your work submissions and let us know of your schedule changes beforehand.

We believe that any relationship is longterm as long as everyone in it is happy. We will work hard to get students and pay fairly, and you just make sure to do your part. Boom, everyone's happy.
Attention to details
Make sure you won't miss students' mistakes and keep your students' files neat following our guidelines.
Willingness to go an extra mile
Sometimes you might need to take an extra minute to explain grammar or even provide longer feedback. If you have no issues with that - perfect!
Quick learning
We will provide you with training and explain how our teaching is conducted. The faster you learn, the faster you can start!
Positive attitude
You don't have to be artificially joyful to please students like most platforms ask you, but remember, one can hear a smile even on the phone.
